Order & Payment

  • To order,take a screenshot of item you want or simply give us the item code and size and contact us via Whatsapp Messaging Service to----> CustomerServiceNishaCollection .
  • We will check the stock availability and inform you back.If there is stock for your order,we will ask you to submit your order via this website or via Whatsapp and you may proceed with the payment process.
  • We accept payment using Online Transfer,ATM Transfer,Cash Deposit Machine(CDM) and Bank in at Bank Counter.
  • After payment done,please provide us the full and clear payment receipt to Whatsapp----> CustomerServiceNishaCollection .If we received blur receipt or suspicious receipt,we will not post out your order.So please make sure you give us the clear and readable receipt.
  • Your order will be post out on the same day if payment received before 9 am on normal working days (Mon-Fri) or will be post out on the next working day if payment received after 9 am on normal working days (Mon-Fri).
  • We will provide Pos Laju tracking number after we post out your order by contacting you via Whatsapp chat messaging service.

***Please take note,for IBG transaction,we will post out your order after your payment have become clear in our bank account.
