1. Why won't you accept orders via phone calls?
  • Prone to error. 
  • No record of your order. 

2. There is an item on your website which I fancy, but I can't seem to find it on your website? OR I am looking for this code number or this specific size. Can you please help me?
  • Please use our Search This Website function to search for a specific item. Type in in the "code number" or "the size" of the item that you are looking. If there are no matches for your query, it means that the item is currently out of stock.For size,please also check the size availability in the item descriptions.

3. Do you ship overseas?
  • Yes, we do using EMS or other courier.

4. Do you do COD (Cash on Delivery) or Self Collect ?
  • No, we don't.Selling online since 2007 and will continue to do so.

5. How long does it take for my package to arrive once I have made payment?
  • We normally ship within 24 hours on working days Monday-Friday. It will take roughly 1-3 working days for your package to arrive to West Malaysia, and 2-5 working days for East Malaysia. For International shipments, it may take 4-7 working days or more for your order to arrive.

  • Sorry, for Malaysia orders we only ship using Pos Laju,DHL or Skynet.

8. I want to make payment. May I have your bank account number please?
  • Payment details will be given through email/Whatsapp once we have confirmed your order.

9. Do you accept returns/exchange?
  • All items are brand new, and will be carefully checked before being dispatched. We are not responsible for any losses or damages of the package or content during shipment.
  • Return Accepted IF Faulty or Damage or you received an incorrect item (Within 3 Days of Item Purchased Received).
  • We DO NOT accept return or exchange because of sizes mistake due to sanitary reasons.Please check the size carefully before purchasing from us.
  • Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item.
  • Goods Returned must be in the EXACT original condition. It must not have any signs of wore, damage or misuse.
  • We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

10. What is the shipping cost within Malaysia?
  • RM8.00 for West Malaysia and RM12.00 for East Malaysia.Take note that panty/g-strings/c-strings/stockings are not considered as a lingerie set.

11. What is the shipping cost to overseas?
  • We will calculate shipping cost after you have confirmed your order, as shipping varies for each country.

12.  Will you mention "Lingerie" or "Pakaian Dalam" on courier slip?
  • Don't you worry.Shipment is discreet. We declare all the items as apparels/clothes in the description or left the section blank completely. All lingerie are wrapped in their original transparent packaging and will be enclosed in courier bag. Since the packaging is discreet, you may use your office address as well to receive the parcel as nobody will know the content inside the parcel.

13.  If there is promotion or sales on this website,how would i know which is the sale price?

  • Only Lingerie products will be put on sale or promotion from time to time.Price shown in this website or any of advertising medium such as Instagram are price before discount being apply.Discount will be apply during final order,which means when we will give your total order price.
  • Packaging stuff do not apply to the sale or promotion whenever we offer sale or promotion on this website.
